Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: April 19, 2025

Welcome to Dine with Dino! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dine with Dino mobile application ("App"), owned and operated by Dine with Dino LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the App.

2. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account using your email and password, or sign in through Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Personal Data & Privacy

We collect and use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This may include your email address, account details, and usage information via Firebase services (e.g., Crashlytics for crash reporting).

4. User Responsibilities

5. Financial Disclaimer

The App helps you scan receipts and split dining costs, but you are solely responsible for your financial decisions. We do not provide financial advice and are not liable for any disputes, losses, or misunderstandings resulting from cost-splitting or user actions.

6. Third-Party Services

We use third-party tools like Firebase for crash reporting and analytics. By using the App, you agree to their terms and privacy practices.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and us, we agree to first attempt to resolve it informally. If that fails, we both agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration. If the arbitrator determines the fees are excessive, we will cover the necessary costs.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll notify you by updating the "Effective Date" above or via the App. Continued use after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
